Catholic Education Week will be celebrated next week in Catholic schools across Queensland from 21 to 27 July 2024.

This annual event is held to promote the special ethos of Catholic schools and to highlight the great things that take place in Catholic schools every day. 

I look forward to attending the Cairns Catholic Education Mass, celebrating Catholic Education Week, at St Monica’s Cathedral on Monday July 22nd with our School Leaders and Faith and Justice Leaders. Kristina Armstrong will join us at the mass.   This will be a special mass as the Cairns Diocese is Launching CEW celebrations for Queensland.

Catholic Education Week Family Event.

• 8.30am -Spend some time in your child’s classroom and see what they are doing.
• 10.30am – Families welcome to stay for first break. Why not bring a picnic lunch.
