As in in prior years, our book lists for 2026 have been organised through Harley’s Educational. You can download the book lists below, with copies also being available in the School Documents folder on the MyCE app, and the Parent Portal.
We would like to stress that parents are free to choose to buy their booklist supplies from any retailer that they wish. Quite often local newsagents are happy for you to drop off these book lists and they will fill the order for you. You do not need to place your orders through Harley’s Educational, however we do prefer that you order the same exercise books as per the lists.
For those that do wish to purchase through Harley’s Educational, there is an online platform where you can place your order. Simply visit www.harleyseducational.com.au/bts, select St Francis Xavier’s School from the drop down list and then the relevant year level you are looking for.
Please note the following technology requirements:

Prep – Year 5: iPads will be supplied by the school. This means that they remain at school at all times.
- Year 6: The BYOD program will continue for Year 6 students only. Students will be responsible for taking their iPads home and charging them each night. For more information please refer to the BYOD page.
